EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTS OF INDUSTRY 4.0 ON ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY WITH FUCOM: IMPLEMENTATION IN THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY

The aim of this study is to determine the effect levels on organizational agility abilities as a result implementation Industry 4.0. Organizational was examined in terms four basic criteria: responsiveness, flexibility, quickness and competence study. In addition, twelve sub-criteria have been defined relation criteria. order sub-criteria, related studies were first conceptually then expert opinions used. These experts consist five engineers working textile companies for ready-made clothing group. study, FUCOM used results it thought that 4.0 has most impact quickness, followed competence, flexibility responsiveness among agility. When all criteria are evaluated, three capabilities process businesses identified “short operation time”, “operational efficiency”, “product quality”.
